Limited One Year Warranty
All GOcase products purchased through www.gocase.com
, as well as products purchased through authorized retailers, are covered under GOcase's Limited One Year Warranty. GOcase's Limited One Year Warranty guarantees GOcase products to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. GOcase will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term.
GOcase's Limited One Year Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-GOcase product, even if packaged or sold with the product; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to GOcase; incidental or consequential damages; or products sold from unauthorized resellers. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-GOcase product, even if packaged or sold with or for the Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOcase is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal precedent or construct, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in a GOcase product.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, GOcase's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please submit an RMA request via email to [email protected]
. After obtaining an RMA number, you will be provided with shipping information. Defective products must be returned to GOcase before any warranty service will be provided. You are responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with returning defective product to GOcase. Original proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request.

At GOcase we take satisfaction seriously. If you are not 100% satisfied with your GOcase within 30-days of purchase, send it back to us for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked. Just make sure to follow the instructions below. No returns or exchanges will be issued without a valid RMA #.
Returns and Exchange Process
To request an exchange or return for credit of an item, please submit an RMA request to [email protected]
- All returns must be post-marked with an authorized RMA# within 30 days from original purchase date.
- Returns for credit must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from GOcase.com.
- In order to receive a refund, all products must include all original materials and be in new condition.
- All returns will be charged a $4.95 re-stocking fee, as well as return shipping costs.
